Morning Routine: Vegan Protein Green Shake

I like to make protein fruit shakes every morning. They keep me full until lunch and are an easy way to give me the energy I need for my morning’s activities.

Generally, I use four base ingredients and then add whatever frozen fruit I have available. Today, I used Raspberries and Blueberries along with the base ingredients.

The base ingredients are Coconut water, Amazing Greens Superfood powder, Pureprotein Vanilla plant protein and a banana. This mix of ingredients is delicious and I think it’s also healthy.
